Curvy & Confident ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we may receive when you use this website or message us to place an order, why we need it, and what rights you have over it. This website is a catalogue for browsing available stock — there is no account creation, online checkout, or payment gateway, so most of the information described below is only ever received when you choose to message us directly.
Information we may receive
When you message us to enquire about or order an item, you may share:
- Your name and contact details (such as a phone number, email address, or social media handle)
- The product(s) you're interested in, including the product code, size and price
- Delivery information, such as your preferred PUDO locker, or collection details if you're arranging to collect in person
- Confirmation that payment has been made (we do not collect or store your card or bank login details — see Payment below)
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or a newsletter on this website, so we don't collect browsing data about you while you look through the catalogue.
Why we need this information
We use the information you share with us to:
- Confirm which item(s) you'd like, their size and availability
- Communicate with you about your order
- Arrange collection or PUDO delivery
- Confirm payment and finalise your order
- Handle any query, return or exchange you raise with us
Payment information
Payment is accepted via EFT. Banking details are sent to you privately only once stock availability has been confirmed, and are never published on this website. We do not collect, process or store your card numbers, bank login details, or any other payment credentials.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary to fulfil your order or run this website, including with:
- PUDO, to arrange and deliver your locker delivery
- Meta / Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, as the platforms you message us through
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the site's files and makes the catalogue available to you
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal information you share with us against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No method of electronic communication is completely secure, but we take your privacy seriously.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil your order, resolve any related query, return or exchange, and meet our legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is used.
