These terms apply whenever you browse this website or place an order with Curvy & Confident. This website is a catalogue for browsing available stock — there is no cart, online checkout, or automated payment gateway. All orders are placed by messaging us directly, and by ordering with us you agree to these terms.

Product availability

Items shown as available are based on our current stock, but stock can change quickly. Final availability of your chosen size and item is always confirmed with you directly before any payment is made.

Prices

All prices on this website are displayed in South African rand (R) and include the item price only. Delivery cost is confirmed separately, as described below.

Product photos

We do our best to represent each item accurately, but colours may appear slightly different in photos due to lighting, photography equipment, and differences between screens and devices.

Payment

Payment is accepted via EFT. Banking details are sent to you privately once we've confirmed your item is available — please do not pay before receiving this confirmation. Your order is only secured once payment reflects in our account.

Processing, collection and delivery

Once payment reflects, orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment reflects. From there, you can choose PUDO locker delivery from R70, or collection by prior arrangement in Port Elizabeth or Meyerton. See our Delivery Information page for full details.

Returns and defective goods

You have statutory rights to cancel, return or exchange items under South African law, including for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Full details are set out in our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Accurate information

Please provide accurate contact, collection and delivery details when ordering — including your full name, phone number, email address and preferred PUDO locker where relevant — so we can process and deliver your order correctly.

Intellectual property

All text, photography, graphics and branding on this website belong to Curvy & Confident, or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

Website availability

We aim to keep this website available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it will always be accessible or error-free, and we may update, suspend or change it at any time.
